Fabrics:
Our marine canvas fabric is the brand Top Gun. Top Gun
is the best marine fabric you can find in the world. Top Gun is an
acrylic-coated texturized woven polyester. It’s multi-ply construction
accounts for its unmatched wear-ability, toughness, and abrasion
resistance. Top Gun has dimensional stability of less than 1% stretch or
shrinkage. Top Gun’s coating will not harden, crack, or peel in the
widest range of heat and cold. And it sheds water like Down-on-a-duck!
Camo patterns are a heavy duty 1000 denier Cordura® nylon. This
rugged fabric is made from Invista's™ acclaimed, patented high
performance polymer, designed for superior strength and abrasion
resistance. Coated with Polyurethane on one side for water resistance.
This is the same fabric used to manufacture our military’s MOLLE
systems.
Our vinyl windshields, door windows, and rear windows
are made of durable .030 gauge Aqua-View Smoked vinyl allowing for an
uninhibited view and total clarity.
Lexan Polycarbonate:
From day one, we decided to only offer ¼” polycarbonate for
our windshields. We’ve seen the 3/16” bow while hauling or runnin’ fast.
Even though polycarbonate is lightweight, it is virtually unbreakable.
Our polycarb windshields are 250 times stronger than glass and 30 times
stronger than acrylic. Polycarbonate is so durable, it’s used
extensively in forced entry protection.

Materials:
Our YKK zippers are manufactured using a
state-of-the art injection technique and are attached to the strongest
cord and tape made. The YKK zippers offer crosswise strength that's
unmatched in the industry.
We also use YKK hook and loop, commonly called
Velcro®. YKK manufactures the highest quality industrial strength hook
and loop in the market with a cycle life of over 5,000 peels.
Our
enclosures are sewn using marine sewing thread made from selected high
tenacity, heat resistant, continuous multifilament polyester yarns.

Place your order
online. We will email you a freight quote and wait for your
approval before we process the order or charge your credit
card. If you do not want to give us your credit card
information, use the payment method "Credit Card By Phone".
We you receive the quote for shipping, simply call us and
give us the payment details.
Do I have to
be
home for Motor Freight Deliveries?
Yes, you
must be there, and you are responsible for offloading the
item, unless you have selected and paid for lift gate
service. Then the driver will set it on the ground for you.
